Erupt Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, purchase, participation, and use of any services related to the Erupt Challenge (“Challenge”, “Event”), organized by Otherside International LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket (Standard or VIP) and/or participating in the Challenge, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not participate in or access any part of the Challenge.
1. Eligibility & Participation
1.1 Participation in the Challenge is open to individuals who have purchased a valid ticket — either Standard or VIP.
1.2 The Challenge runs for approximately two (2) weeks unless otherwise stated on the Official Challenge page.
1.3 You agree to participate responsibly and comply with all rules, instructions, schedules, community guidelines, and requirements provided by us.
2. Ticket Types & What They Include
2.1 Standard Tickets grant access to the basic Challenge content, sessions, and community features as described at the time of purchase.
2.2 VIP Tickets grant all Standard access plus any additional VIP materials, sessions, bonuses, or experiences outlined in the VIP offering.
2.3 All ticket descriptions, features, prices, and benefits are subject to change and we cannot be held liable for the impact of those changes on the tickets.
3. Purchase, Refunds & Access
3.1 The purchase of a ticket grants you a revocable license to access the Challenge content online and participate in live/recorded sessions.
3.2 All sales are Final.
3.3 If the Challenge is canceled in full by force majeure, we may offer a refund at our discretion. If partially altered, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 You agree to behave professionally and respectfully in all Challenge activities, including any forums, chats, or group interactions.
4.2 We reserve the right to remove or suspend participants who engage in harassment, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, or anything that undermines the integrity of the Challenge.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content provided during the Challenge (videos, written material, graphics, recordings) is owned or licensed by Otherside International LLP LLC. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2 You must not copy, distribute, re-sale, or otherwise exploit Challenge content beyond what is permitted here.
6. Testimonials, Screenshots & Promotional Use
6.1 By participating in the Challenge, you grant Otherside International LLP a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your captured testimonials, feedback, and any non-personally compromising screenshots or content you provide. This includes use on websites, marketing materials, social media, or promotional campaigns. Names will be altered for participant's discretion.
6.2 “Non-personally compromising” means content that does not disclose sensitive personal information, nudity, illegal behavior, or any material that could reasonably harm your reputation.
6.3 You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or promotional materials in which your content appears.
6.4 You may reach out by email to [email protected] to request that none of your captured testimonials be used for promotional purposes.
7. Privacy & Data
7.1 Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy below:
Otherside International LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when registering for, purchasing, or participating in the ERUPT Challenge (“Challenge”). We collect only the information necessary to deliver the Challenge, process payments, communicate updates, provide access to content, and improve our services, which may include your name, email address, payment details, participation data, and communications. Your information is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties except where required to operate the Challenge (such as payment processors, communication platforms, or legal compliance). We may use anonymized or aggregated data for internal analysis and improvement purposes. By participating in the Challenge, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected].
7.2 We may use your contact details to communicate Challenge updates, materials, or offers.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Challenge is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or participant success. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otherside International LLP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the Challenge.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the official Challenge site.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Otherside International LLP’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
